"The food was outstanding! I have planned many retreats before and this food received rave reviews! The participants thought I catered the meal from a local restaurant! The chicken salad and chicken poblano soup were seasoned to perfection. Many came back for seconds. People appreciated that there was something for every dietary restriction in the simple meal. Thanks!"

"We were getting questions about the food at JKR from the time the first kiddo signed up for camp. It was very important them! Beth and her team somehow managed to feed everyone, regardless of preferences and dietary restrictions. And everyone loved it! The kids raved about the macaroni and cheese, especially. My favorite was the fettucine alfredo, Caesar salad, and fresh bread."
"Out of the couple times I have been to John Knox, my groups have absolutely loved the food there! John Knox does a great job at making sure their food is quality! Their options are fantastic and my youth groups always find something they enjoy. Whether it is the flavorful garlic bread, the cookie cake or the spaghetti, it is delicious! I can honestly say that John Knox has the best camp food in Texas, hands down!"

"My camper absolutely LOVED the food! He said 'Mom, no offense, their food is better than yours!' The counselors said he would even eat his veggies!"
"My kids love, love, love the food and the comradery of the cabins and counselors."
