- Can hold up to 200 when arranged for a presentation
- AV equipment: sounds system, projector, screen. Set up may cost extra depending on your event.
- Commercial kitchen is not available to rent but we are happy to provide meals for your group.

Rental Info
- Rate: $200/day as a meeting space add-on to your reservation.
- Included in the "Entire Ranch" rental
- Rental Season: August 15th-May 15th
- 25% Deposit and signed user agreement required to hold your reservation
- 25% Deposits are refundable only when your cancellation is received in writing (like an email), 30 or more days prior to your visit, minus a $25 admin fee
- No Pets
- No Smoking
Meals
- We are proud of our homemade meals. You will love them!
- 20 person minimum (you can have less if you pay for 20)
- Final meal numbers must be provided 2 weeks before your event
- We can accommodate dietary needs that are provided in advance
- Meals are generally served at 8am, Noon, and 6pm unless you prearrange a different time
Group Meal Costs
- Breakfast $9 per person
- Lunch $11 per person
- Dinner $13 per person
- 20 person minimum (you can have less if you pay for 20)
