- 25% Deposit and signed user agreement required to hold your reservation
- Deposits are refundable only when your cancellation is received in writing (like an email), 30 or more days prior to your visit, minus a 10% (of the total reservation) admin fee.

- Oak Commons comes with a full kitchen. Groups of 50 people or less can cook their own meals in Oak Commons.
